Disconnect and remove old batteries

Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive. Remove all lead-acid batteries from the battery compartment.

Clean and inspect the tray

Wipe down the battery tray and check for corrosion or damage. A clean tray ensures a solid, stable fit.

Lower the lithium kit into place

Set the EcoBattery lithium pack into the tray. It is a drop-in fit and requires no drilling or custom fabrication.

Connect the cables

Attach the positive cable first, then the negative. Follow the wiring diagram included with your kit.

Power on and run a check

Turn the cart on and verify all systems respond normally. Check for warning lights on the BMS indicator.

Take it for a test drive

Drive the cart for 10–15 minutes and confirm acceleration, braking, and range feel normal.
